With the editor, you may either:
- edit the civ3mod.bic (in your civ3 main directory) and do all modifications you want. To explain here all what you may change and how is too complex, but the editor is self-intuitive enough. Just be carefull with colors, not all colors are allowed. I advise you to change them one by one and try: my Roman is purple, English red, Indian orange, German grey and French blue.
- edit a new scenario file and keep the original civ3mod.bic. I advise you NOT to do it if you have not the 1.16f patch, because you will have troubles with the scientific advisor.
