This game is complicated as hell, but it looks like the full version will be lots of fun.
You literally have control over individual tanks, infantry, helicopters, etc., if you so choose. Considering the vast arsenals of the superpowers of the '90s, it can be a daunting task to actually wage a succesfull campaign. It makes CIV3's non-stacked movement a glass of water to a thirsty man in a desert.
And this is just the military 'tab' in the game. There is also a demography, city, research, secret service, unit design, and diplomacy tab. HUGE amount of options, a micro-managers dream if I've ever seen one.
But you gotta try the demo out once just to launch nukes by the hundereds at your favorite nation to hate.
