I did. The computer crashed for unknown reason but I didn't reboot. I tried to replay my turn but the memory was insufficient. My apologies. For the record, I've seen players with 10 save/load in my games, sometimes save/load irregularities in a row. So, what's the big deal? I-don't-cheat. Thank you.

The delay was due to some diplomatic matters that had to be dealt before the turn was passed. On my part the extra delay was caused by my legendary error machince(computer they call it, go figure). Sorry for the inconvenience. Now, let's get back on it.
