DarkCloud, who cares who is the best? I'm thinking we are more a team, not a single player, aren't we?
We are here to use our brain and have fun helping to make (and hopefully playing) a better game.
That is good enough for me!
Have a nice day, my friends.

Yes, but it is fun to determine who has contributed the most over the years to the Civ Ideas.

Wow! How did you do that? And what part of the game did you work on? Tell us! Please!

You are so right.
Anywya, it's good to see you back!

If you don't like the results of the recount, I'll just take it to court! What, this isn't the RNC email address? Darn you, Joe, you said you could teach me to use this thing!

ULTRASONIX is the winner, but we still need runners up... oh well the deadline has passed. Almost everyone nominated is a runnerup.

Assuming that the one vote each nominee got before people started voting was the assumed vote that they would give themselves and only one person other than the nominees voted...the election seems a bit meaningless.
Recount?

Unlike Mr Bush I will not unilaterally "take office".
This forum is really good not for the genius of a few, but rather, for the tremendous ideas that only a collective group of people can come up with.
And remember, we are the second coming. There was a first - those guys shouldn't be forgotten for all the time and effort they poured forth into the List...

Thanks Joker, it's great to be back.
Yes, it was quite an honor to work on MOO3... I'll tell you more over e-mail if you like.
Anyho, I'll see if anything here is worth doing another edition of the diplo summary... nothing is important to CIV3, in my eyes, as diplomacy...

Well, I thought that I've contributed a bit. Wouldn't necessarily nominate myself though. I mean Dark Cloud, UltraSonix, Shadowstrike... I mean, these are names you just EXPECT to see here. Like celebs almost even though (now that I pay more attention) I've been here longer than ALL of them.
Btw, thanks for not knowing who I was, UltraSonix.

To be honest, I haven't really been here a long time. I think that DarkCloud nominated by those who were his contemporaries, as people come and go here. Old ideas are discussed over and over. I no longer find it interesting to visit every topic, simply because that most of them have already been discussed many times. I do post in the ones that I find interesting.

Yeah, a lot of the stuff lately has been either repeats or just kind of dull topics. But anywhere that I can campaign for the market system, I do. In fact, its really dragged down the number of posts I put. I mean, my seniority over you guys (on the net at least) is only in WHEN i joined. You've all far exceeded my rank.
But, I'd like to think of myself as somewhat of a familiar face around here anyway.
