However, this would exclude MGE players from being president, as they couldn't save back to this format. Maybe it's best ignored, MGE was chosen in the poll.

Sorry for confusion - I had posted a save game (old version of CivII) here. Then it occured to me that those with only MGE would not be able to be president, instead of the 2.42 players. Because MGE was voted as the version in the poll, I decided to scrap the 2.42 effort altogether. The game is MGE, see "In the beginning..."
