Are humble citizens allowed to download the latest game save file? Or has the High Council already learnt the secret of CIA?

In the true spirit of democracy the people should have an opportunity to see what is going on.
I propose that the latest save be available for everyone to download.

Me. But I will allow the possibility that Thomas Jefferson might have said something very similar.

"Religion is the opiate of the masses". (Lenin?)
So, should we try trading for poppies or just build temples?

Communism is a nice government to have if you can keep a lot of cities in WLTxD, but that's a bit ahead of us anyway...

Back on track (hopefully). I see that El Awrence has been Trade Advisor two successive turns already. He seems to want to have this office a third time - but I read that this is Anticonstitutional.
So can he get away with this? Eventually we'll need some repeatedly held positions as I doubt we have enough contributers to cycle thru different people for every term.
Thoughts? And is this indeed back on track for this post?
Or is this too much of a discussion? I just want word from someone authoritative who KNOWS what our Constitution is (if we have one ).

Well, to be technical about it, the Marquis de Sodaq hijacked his own thread with his second post.
I suggest this one be replaced with a new sticky thread *only* for the purpose of listing the monthly changes in elected officials. There would be one (and only one) post per month listing the officials (by the previous month's President). The idea of easy reference for that list is a very good one, and should be maintained.

As Minister of Imperial Expansion, I have a question. Who is responsible for settlers running around? I think it should be me (building cities...), or the City Planner (irrigation, mines, and roads for cities...). For the answer, I am looking to our esteemed leader, Shade. I guess its up to you, or you could post a poll.
