Can you place a Specific Civ location any where you want in the new editor?

I seem to be blind since I can't find it any where in the new editor.

I guess it's still a random Civ location.

The editor didn't recieve much by way of updates....

It is still random placement

You'll just have to patient a little longer I'm afraid. Mike did mention that he was working on it, as well as being to place units and cities.
