How do i play scenarios in multiplayer?
I don't know how and was wondering if anyone could tell me...
BTW Am I the only one who noticed the ctpii servers are empty...

i fail to understand your question. do you mean how to play a scenario with other people or using MGE to play a scenario?

I want to know if there is a way to use maps or scenarios I've made in multiplayer of Call to Power II.

You should try asking on 1 of the 2 CTP II forums: you will probably find someone there who will be able to answer your questions!!

The people on this forum are more specialized in Civ II...
