In a Sid game, the F- and [shift-F] keys are obvious tries. However, the [cntrl-shift-e] combination would have slipped by without the manual. Lots of this stuff should be buttons on the advisor screens. Culture Minister = Wonders = F7 equivalent button (not there); Foreign Minister = comparitive stats, specific for us, ala F11, general for them, neither currently available; current trade agrrements = Trade Minister = not now available without starting negotiations with each nation. A lot of this must have been very last minute.
