Though I chose Civ 2 my choice only applies until they get Civ 3 right...which ought to be next patch. It's close now and would be just right if they hadn't fixed AI tech trading, which wasn't broke.

I think there's a policy of putting comparisons between games in the cummunity section.
I'm not saying its a good policy mind you.

As a surprise, Ming actually supported the idea of a comparison forum (although I think the Other Games forum would be fine for that), leaving the Community forum to deal with community issues, not games issues...

Civ 3. If not the poor AI of CtP 2, I would rate it second. But no matter what, I vote Civ 3.
