This seems to be the end of our first term of democracy!  We've fared well, but have yet to meet annoying foreigners...
There is a settler aboard the southwest trireme, near the coal. Remember, whoever leads next - we already have 7 cities, the next one will cause unrest!
Two cities need new build orders. I fear we have too little time to finish a poll/play cycle this term. Elections will follow!
