The more the better...Go for ALL sites(maybe we should ame our research at the possibility to go Commie=> supports 255 cities before first unhappy person )

I'd prefer site 2 one square to the southwest so that it can use the coal. Site 3 could sit right on top of the gems. That coal is the only good production on the whole island (at least what we can see). Maybe we should see what else is around the silk...

Well Im not the city improvement manager, but we can always build forests, and the serveral river squares without sheilds give a great oppertunity to get forests that still produce trade, a forested river square, with rails is one of the most efficent normal squares in the game, with 1 food, 3 sheilds, and 2-4 trade!
