Important Question for Soren
OK, you explained that the pop-rushing exploit, which I used, is eliminated, and you explained negative unhappiness, but I still have questions. If the player can still build a settler and thereby escape the unhappiness penalty, the exploit still exists, because the AI won't do that and the game's not meant to be played that way.

I have heard that when a city has pop-rushed several times and then is disbanded that the unhappiness gets transferred to your nearest city. I have also heard that when such a city is disbanded, the settler carries the unhappiness with it.

Can you explain exactly what was done to prevent escaping the unhappiness penalty? Can you also explain why the penalty was lengthened to 40 turns? ( That seems excessive and unnecessary. ) On a related note, can you tell us why we have to pay the price for the AI using pop-rushing or the draft when we take its cities?
