can u play civ 3 online if not will there be a online version ?

Im getting the game soon now thats theres a patch out.

No, there is no multi-player Civ3 yet. Firaxis' current policy is to not promise anything until it is ready, so while it is assumed that there will be one down the road, it may be weeks or several months away yet.

Hey, have fun with it now so when multi-player is available, you'll know what's going on.
