2119 to Q.
Got crawlers! Sent to all. If you don't want it yet, don't accept! Changed to WEALTH. Rolling in ec, now.
Had no good options for the next tech, selected Ecology, which I would soon need for formers anyhow. Would one of you kindly send that my way? Then I'll redirect, hopefully to something on the bee's line.

Wow, crawlers! That is great news.
I am going to wait until I get my next tech (3 turns) until accepting just to keep my research from being hammered.
2120 sent to Flubber.

Crap !!!
Thats what i get for clicking fast and not paying proper attention. I will send it again next turn unless you already have it
I sent a notice that due to work commitments I might have some minor delays. However, as this game turn is short, I should be able to play it by days end.

2121 to Q.
Redirected to Social Psych...needed for ethical Calc.
Exploration to the SW found two(so far) adjacent forest tiles. Googlie's doing (or map maker, I suppose) or a Cult popped hydrology pod? I might have company soon. And the house is such a MESS!

Will finish Social Psych next turn and send to Mongoose. Should be establishing my 4th base as well.
I'd assume all that forest is Googlies doing. I've got a nice lush one up here on quite a few squares that would be unproductive otherwise. Certainly taking advantage of the heightened production.
Perhaps next turn we should start exchanging map data to get a better idea of where we all are, start creating boundaries between us and so forth.

Good playing gang--
we should be in a position to roll that AI when it comes calling.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
To those of you who are not on my email list , I will be away for the period from March 20-30 having a delayed honeymoon (hitched back in Oct.)
Given the early stage, I have obtained a replacement for the period of my absence. It will be northswordsman. I will post his email address here next Tuesday as a reminder.

Sorry for the reload. My two year old doesn't want to stay in bed tonight and I made the mistake of trying to play the turn with her in my lap. She banged the keyboard and somehow froze the game. I had to "alt-ctrl-del" out and start over.
2123 to Flubber.
I also just noticed three nice pre-forested squares, so it looks like Archaic is right about it being Googlie's work. I guess he just felt bad after seeing how strong the AI was and threw us a bone.

2123 sent to Q.
Ethical Calc wasn't an option when I redirected from Social Psych. I am researching Applied Phyics. Guess it won't hurt to have a weapon if the baddies show up.
Speak up if you want that in two turns, when I finish researching it.

2124 to Flubber.
I also chose AppPhysics. It was the only one along the D:AP path. Unfortunately, Flubber is right. Taking techs before discovering my first tech is delaying my discovery rate. I was scheduled to complete D:Mob this turn. I accepted it from Flubber, chose AppPhysics, and now, I won't get it for 6 turns.
I guess I need to get it from Mongoose in two turns, but that will push the next tech back further still. I guess that's better than both of us discovering AppPhys.
I want crawlers, too. If I take them, though, I may never discover a tech.

Given that Ethic. Calc was an option when I got the Tech. Selection screen, I wouldn't be suprised if I am able to take that as my free tech.
Also, I just remembered this but don't know if you've all noticed this yet. The Usurpers have started production of the Merchant Exchange. Given the AI's knowledge (Or lack thereof) of using crawlers and artifacts to hurry production, I think we could easily steal this one out from under his nose. I must admit I wouldn't mind picking it up and trying to eventually build a SSC, but somehow I doubt my chances on being able to do that would be good given who I'm playing with.
So, what were all your thoughts on exchanging World Map info?

During my 10 day absence, I have asked Northswordsman to act as a replacement for me. His email is swordman@tc3net.com . I will play any turns received up until midnight Tuesday night. After that send the turn on to Northswordsman.

Paranoid. =P
Correct me if I'm wrong, but you're in North America, I'm in East Europe, Flubber's in Asia and Qantaga's in West Europe. You of all people have the least to lose from Map data being shared.
