Well, even if it is initially successful, it gives the impression that you're a wussy. And people tend to ignore e-mail ask-outs that they don't wanna read so they don't have to turn down people like kass. In practise.

Eh, in this case I don't consider the wussy part to create any major problems. If it does, then i have estimated her wrong, and maybe don't want to go out with her at all... But I am going for the face-to-face method, like said, at Monday. That's a promise.

As a reason for asking her out by email you're going to cry up desperation?
Umm, ok, needs work, but... ok...

Have you considered that she's read the e-mail but is ignoring it, hoping that you'll forget about this?
Hang on, why am I trying to dissuade you from appearing foolish, foolishness works wonders for relationships sometimes

Well, if snooze means what I think it does, you're right... It's 2.40 am over here
And the Master is busy in the "Euro military" thread. I s there something he isn't eloquent about? The man doesn't need notebooks or fancy pictures, all he needs to do is talk...

AH HA...so that's why we haven't seen him...he's over fighting a war some place?
Yea, snooze means, exactly what you think...and at 2:40 .. I imagine it's about time to.
He is good, isn't he? Had me wanting to rush right out to stargaze with him.

To be true, the way he talked he even made me wanting to go out and gaze with him
Don't worry about him fighting a war somewhere, he's trying to save the world...

Over here? Nothing spectacular I'm afraid. Real small country with only it's history to brag about and if I were the religious type I would thank God every day on my bare knees (Dutch expression, don't know if translates right in English) that I was born here...

Ah, the American knowledge of Euro geography Holland is just a small country, about 80 miles east to west. So I'm living about 60 miles from the coast of the Atlantic (The North Sea actually, Brittain is between you and me )
Hehe, this just reminds me of this woman in NY who tried to convince me Holland was the capital of Denmark. I agreed with her

knowledge of the internet is more like it...I confess...
I looked you up...discerned from the map it pulled up that you were inland.
Here, in South Carolina, I live about 12-15 miles from the beach.

You are right of coarse but people have used other means of transportation because of something that started as an Inet flirt
[Vel mode] Sorry my dear lady Ishtar, I really loved talking to you, but it's 4 am and I need my beauty sleep... Hope to talk to you tomorrow when it's daytime in Carolina... [/Vel mode]
Hm, got a lot to learn Sleep well...

Ah, good morning Ishtar... Until now it has been one of those dull Sundays...
Actually, it's been an awfull weekend. One of my cats is with the vet since thursday night for an operation and I'm waiting for him to call me. He promised to call me this afternoon so I'm kinda nervous. But at least he told me yesterday evening she is doing as well as could be expected. Poor thing...

Hehe, sleep well Vel...
Ish, you know, I always laughed at people who spend hundreds of dollars on surgery for their pets... Until now that is... Now that she nearly died I realize there wasn't a day these last 14 years that she didn't make me laugh (or making an annoyance of herself )

For some of us, those pets are our constant companions...our children...our life lines. I have to say that my Golden is my best friend. She is always there, whether I'm happy, sad or mad. She loves me unconditionally...she's waiting at the door when I come home, tail waggin so hard you'd think it'd break off...if only we could find human companions to love us as our pets do!!
