Post-nuclear war
Has anyone heard of or made a post-nuclear war scenario/save game similar to Fallout or the post-nuke war scenario in Civ2?

No, I uninstalled Civ2 as soon as Civ3 showed up. I love the game, but would like to play a scenario with post-nuke war theme.
I saw the scenario made by dutchese (sp?) for modern war. I wondered if anyone else had made or heard a post-nuke war scenario. If not, I may use the tools dutchese used to make one and share it on the files thread.
