Spain and Minor Nations can be safely left to AI. They will not be easy targets for any conqueror. The AI is designed to be very strong in this scenario.

Tobruk Seized!
Today the British 8th Army under the command of Gen. Wavell have seized Tobruk and captured, killed, or sent into flight all the defenders of the town. His advance is gaining momentum.
Battleship Sunk!
Off the coast of Norway, a German battleship was caught without escort and sunk on the spot by HMS Achilles. Unfortuantely, it was foggy so our men could not what ship exactly it was. Also a bombing mission over Bergen was intercepted and shot down with no casualties.

The Soviet Union has traded science with Turkey. Unfortunately, all we got out of the deal was nothing and Turkey has recieved Naval Warfare 3. All techs were exchanged, and we gifted 2 other techs to them. Enjoy!
No fighting has again taken place, and the horrible starvation problems are being remedied little by little, showing that kolectivization is indeed a worth while process for the future of Communism.

Defenders of French homeland have fought one more month..
General Weygand said in his report that he has made his best to stabilize the front, but the German Wehrmacht, who has huge numerical superiority, still continues his advance.
After listening this report, French Prime Minister Reynaud gave order to demolish all factories and other strategically important buildings in cities which are likely to fall to Germans.
Also French government decided to join with the technological pact with Turkey.

Sorry guys, won't happen again.

Yes, I am here. I havent been on much lately, and when I was, Apolyton wasn't working. Seems I've kept everyone waiting, I shall not do it again gentlemen. Please forgive.
Anyway, another month of production management passes by in the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. PRAVDA has not much to report.

France Has Been Routed From Europe!
The German invasion of France has finished, proving immensely succesful! All of the French military units have been removed from Europe, and the last 3 cities, Marseille, Toulouse, and Bordeaux have fallen to the mighty Aryan race.
Germany now looks west to Britain...

To Germany: you haven't given me panzer IV and ss-soldiers techs. Turkish army needs these techs next month latest - otherwise we can't deliver Focke-Wulf 190 tech to you until June 41.

August of 1940
The Soviet Union has finally recovered from the famine that has scorched our beloved nation. The kollectiv markets are back to full functioning, and the finest Ukrainian wheat bakes in our ovens once again. The military situation has not changed, we are currently not engaged with any other nation.
-Vasily Kleshnikov

German troops have great morale after routing France from Europe. They continue on into Yugoslavia, and they take over Rijeka.
In other news, the Tripartite Act is signed by Germany, Italy, and Japan!

We haven't get any techs from Germany.
It means that our scientists will finish their panzer IV design next month and can't switch their resources over to FW-190 project.
Turkish foreign minister said in press-conference that this is very unfortunate as we hoped much from science-cooperation with Germany.

Strange...
I have never seen this error before, and I was able to duplicate Anzac's troubles on my machine as well.
Probably has somethjing to do with the directory Kalmer is playing it in. You know, as when you are playing a regular MP scenario, everyone must have all their files within the same directory within CivII with the same directory name.
Though I am still confused as I have never seen this before, and I keep all my scenarios no where near my CivII directory.

I was thinking it could be a Mac thing (don't know if you have a Mac or not, Kalmer). But Henrik just tried loading the file on his Crap, er... I mean Mac and it failed to load as well.
I have no idea what in the world this could be, seeing as we have already played a bunch of turns without any issue.

Once again, no fighting has taken place. Careful production management orders have been given by the local bureaus.
