I've been asked to remove the passwords in this save file but...
The french player (who plays before the civ that you lack password for) needs to remove his password first, in order for me to be able to do anything.

Peaceful buildup of army continues.
To Axis: our offer to former Reich Fuhrer is still in force: if you give us Panzer IV and SS-Troops technologies, we give you FW-190 fighters tech.

Norway Evacuated
The last Allied forces have withdrawn from Norway. It was meant to be a campaign carried out with limited supplies and troops, in oder to not detract from defending Britain. PM Churchill vows we will fight on.
Bengahzi Seized!!
Today what remained of the Africa Corps was demolished at Bengahzi and the offensive is moving. Hopefully a link up with French forces will occur before the year is up.

Octyabr of 1940
The Soviets are very distressed at this point with the government of Turkey. Why must Mr Iönü insist on feeding the flames of warfare on the continent. The last thing all of us need is the Nazi's flying around with Folke Wolfs!
This matter is especially troubling since our communique's with Turkey have ceased. We attempted to warn them of impending danger in dealing with the old Axis regime, yet they cared not.
Therefore, the Soviet Union hereby presents an International Guarentee, that if the technology trade of PzKwIV/SS Troops <-> Folke Wolf 190 takes place between Turkey and the Axis Powers, Turkey shall then be held accountable for future agressions perpatrated with machinery gained from the impending trade. If the Soviet Union finds itself at War with the Axis nations in the future, it will indeed find itself at War with the Turks.
As the map of Europe is being ever altered by German militarism, we invite any other free nations to join this International Guarentee. Perhaps we can acrue a sizeable sum of money that Turkey would see fit to accept in exchange for withdrawl of its trade proposition.
We harbour no malintentions toward Turkey. However, in this age of total warfare with entire countries' very existance in question, the Soviet Union feels that your trade proposition is not in the best intrest of Europe as a whole. I'm sure you would feel this way when the Axis owns all of England, France, Spain, the Soviet Union et al and you are the last nation left to be conqured...
It gets lonely at times like that.
Again, no fighting has taken place during this month, and military drills are being intensified, as new officers hand picked by Stalin himself are being trained for duty.
-Vasily Kleshnikov.

Victory in Norway
Following the British 'evacuation', German troops have occupied all of Norway.
The Kiegsmarine is currently in hot persuit of the British, and has sunk one British battleship and badly damaged another two. Luftwaffe bombers have also joined in the duck shoot, and have sunk a British aircraft carrier!
Yugoslavia Nears Destruction
The German 3rd Army has occupied the cites of Sarajevo and Split. The remaining Yugoslav forces are expected to surrender next month when Belgrade falls.
Corsica Occupied
Following a brief aerial bombardment German troops have occupied the French island of Corsica. Casulaties were reported as low.

Stalin today let out an audible sigh of relief when word of the Turkish withdrawl arrived to his dacha. This is because he had realised the potentiality of a Turkish refusal. Since the Axis are already engaged in a war with Both France and England, this would mean that upon the trade of techs Turkey would find itself at war with both these nations.
Stalin is willing to hear some requests by the Turks for compensation for their decision, as it will hinder their military abilities in the near future. Perhaps a sum of money to be sent from The Soviet Union, France and England? I am sure the three of us can come up with a reasonable ammount?

The winter sets in and our troops huddle up in their warm valenki and sip vodka to pass the time. The Finns aren't acting up yet...
No fighting has taken place.
