Probably a good idea. It is in the rules thread, but is probably not too obvious (and old-time players do not reread it very often, I suppose). I have usually been doing it (and it has been invoked before), but have forgotten a couple of times.

i will say this. we wouldn't need so many rules if smac pbem wasn't so buggy. i just wish firaxis would make a sequel to smac/x, rather than continue with the civ series.

i love the SE and workshop in smac, rather than the single government or premade units in civ. plus, the leaders in smac are so much more fun than in the civ series. lol.

Sorry for delay and the reload - I had trouble opening the turn, but eventually managed (had a file folder and turn name, but nothing to load, yet the game engine treated me as if I had). Needed a resend of the turn before it worked.
