Looking for "People's General"

The one by SSI based on the Panzer General 2 engine.

I have been looking for it to rip off the net for a while to no avail. If anyone finds it, please tell me.

People's General had been posted on a website as a free download. It has been temporarily removed.

If it can be legally downloaded then sites like The Wargamer and Home of the Underdogs are bound to host it pretty quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed dusting off my copy and replaying it recently.
