No creo que nadie lo haya hecho antes, al menos nunca se ha mostrado en un escenario.

Sugiero que le pregunte a alguien al sitio del "Scenario League". - Ellos me semblan profesionales.

Not sure if I understand the question (I'll have to go on the few words I do understand)
but if you're asking how to edit the nuclear explosion graphic, that is possible.
But it will require you to include a new dll file for the civilization aplication (something that can be quite bothersome) the same thing needs to be done if you want to have custom faces for the rulers in a scenario.
It's done a little different for PCs than it is for macs, but I believe there is a program for doing this for PCs at bebros site as well as Carl Fritz site...

Henrik, yup, that's exactly what he asked.
Kram, can we know what will you use that for?

Nuclear explosion tiles are stored in tiles.dll. You can edit them using GifX or Reshack.

Thank you for the information Henrik, is exactly what wanted to know, but in the page of Bebro everything is in German and I don't guess right to find something of utility.

Eso es probablemente porque tienes configurado mal el explorador de Windows. Dentro del citado explorador, vete a "Herramientas" -> "Opciones de carpeta" -> A la carpeta "Ver" -> "mostrar todos los archivos"

1) extract nuclear botto .gif
2) modify it with PaintShop Pro ( but there are a lot of freeware programs on the Net )
3) replacte tiles effects
4) put modified tiles on tiles.dll.
WARNING !!!! MADE A TILES.DLL BACKUP FIRST!!!!
