Civ specific technologies
This issue has probably been brought up before, but I wanted to mention it just in case.
There needs to be a way in CivIII to allow only certain civs to research certain technologies (and not let the tech be traded).
This was often an issue, when making certain scenarios.
What would also be nice is to have a single technology that depending on the civilization can give a slightly different unit.
Both of these suggestions are to help in the making MOD/Scenarios easier.
There are a number of ways this could be implemented (as you could do it on a limited bases in Civ2).
