One more hoorah...
I've started a "Blitzmachen" secret project. Hope to have it done by the end of the week.
The only clue you get is that the scenario will be for MGE and deals with a theme I've tackled before...

machen=make
Btw, everytime I think "you could do this scenario quite fast, itīs no big work" I end up with the thought "Oh, while your make the scenario, you could also try this, or implement that..." - so I need always longer

Tell me about it
A 'blitzmachen' scenario I started a week ago continues to drag on with no end in sight...

Ok, as of now, I stand at about 50-60% of completion.
I just finished the Giga map this afternoon and completed most of the graphics work tonight, along with the technologies and improvements work in the rules.txt.
Here's your clue for now:

Is it the attack of the killer bees?
More seriously, is that poison gas? Are you working on a scenario about the Japanese fighting in China?

Is that actually a (completed) unit icon?
Zooming in makes it look a little ... odd.

a guess...
Hmmm, that last one looks like a piece of mountain terrain with some kind of filter over it? Some kind of border blocker unit that resides over mountain terrains perhaps?

Rules.txt is 90% done now... just a few tweaks left and one or more technologies to think about. Then all that's left is plopping some cities and units down and writing up a single events file.
I'm intending this scenario to be multiplayer since it's counterpart is singleplayer.
Here's another clue:

Boo! Hiss! They never had cloaked starships in B5
(Unless you count the Vorlon fleet but then they cloaked, well, the whole fleet ... )
Maybe my geography is devolving but I thought the second one looked a little like North America minus certain Southern states ...

I might just have this one done by Saturday afternoon, folks.
I'm in the midst of unit balancing at the moment. and I have to hunt down a tech tree bug.

Well, B5, Star Wars, Star Trek TOS, TNG, DS9, VGR, Space: A&B, Earth 2, FarScape and a wide array of other tv shows that rot my brain away.
I was right! Cloaked starships! Where's my prize?
BTW, you gonna include the Firrekans(sp?), DV?
And you should have a Mark Hamil unit just so we can have fun nuking him.

Due to the limitations of the map engine, I could only squeeze in the Vega sector and half of the Sol and Kilrah sectors (Firekka is in the Epsilon sector).
Depending on the demand, I might even write a couple of events file for the single player to smartten up the AI a bit.
