Bah! That other WC scenario I played had the Firekkans and entire galaxy mapped out on it just fine.
*dodges bullets*
You might want to check out these links.

And a couple of ideas for events/units. You should include a special unit for the Tiger's Claw, because she played such a large role. And maybe units for Blair, Taggert, etc.. A good event would be some of the Humans Kilrathi supporters surfacing randomly near Sol as Barbarians (Society of Mandarins). You could even cause some trouble for the Kilrathi, like the change from Empire to Assembly and the assassination of the Crown Prince. The timeline (link above) has a lot of stuff you can use for events. Maybe even a random showing of a Nephilim unit... You can find a pic of a Nephilim ship (very cool btw) here: http://blacklance.org/loaf/nephilim/wci-nep15.jpg
And pls send this to me (warvoid@aol.com) for playtesting when you finish it.

The scenario spawn will probably be 2554-2770 with something like 6 or 12 turns a year.
Due to the sheer volume of units, I'm not going to be able to include specific Hero units. I thought about how I would implement a "Blair" or "Thrakhath" unit and decided that such a unit wouldn't make any sense and wouldn't really appear on the map until the last few turns (WC3).
Blair and Taggert may turn up as wonders though...
So as a compromise, I threw in "elite" wings, which fly experimental fighters. These units are not buildable, but only created after the death of enemy heavy fighters on certain turns.
I did plan on including the Society of Mandarin and a few other interesting surprises.
This scenario is real close to being done... I've just got so much homework to do, but all free time is with this project...

The events file is complete (just need to trace a bug), all the units and cities are placed on the map, all the terrain improvements are complete. I'll playtest it tomorrow and hopefully it will be ready for release on Thursday.

Ok, after a few turns worth of playtesting, I've found that I have about three times as many units as I need on the map, and that I want to have three seperate events/rules, one for multiplay, and two for singleplay
So I'm going to delay release for another day or two while I make the scenario more fun and look for more ways to add spice without adding more units.

Speaking of taping fingers impatiently, when are you going to release the rest of those old scenarios of yours?.

Well I'm still manually debugging events files because MGE won't do it for me. And since I have a dubious habit of creating mundane detail problems, it will be some time before I figure them all out.

Well unfortunately it is for MGE
But at least it's finally done. I'll send it on to WV in a few minutes I guess.
Who would have guessed that you can't use AnyUnit as a field in UnitKilled in MGE?
I think whoever wrote the Events parser for MGE should die...
All three zip files come in at just over 1.7 Megs. Warvoid should have plenty of testing to do since I only did marginal testing.
namely:
1) Does it work
2) I don't get to Earth/Kilrah in Turn 1
Playbalancing will come after the feedback
Why I still remember the alpha tests of Red Front... the Germans couldn't even take Kiev

Well I've sent the files. It's no Kyokujitsu but pretty good for a 17-day blitz effort.

Uhhh, what version of MPE do I need to run this? I tried to run it and MPE keeps giving me illegal runtime errors and shutting down....
