Non U.S,Canada Release date
Just a quick Thread to state that I hope Firaxis are considering at this point the distribution to all other nations.. It really made our blood boil that we were left for over a month to wait for CTP2 .. We always understand that distribution can often be difficult, and that the US & Canada will likely get it a little before the rest of us, due to the fact your distributing from the US .. but we would really appreciate it, if you could let us know in advance of the US release, when we all will get it ... Im sure you have set policy on these things anyway.

I am not saying civ 3 will have bugs, but our delayed release gives us more time to prepare..........

Thats unlikely Grr, considering New Zealands Geographical Location. I am trying to make the best of a bad situation. Of corse, I can hardly wait for Civ III!

SMAC was released in Australia and New Zeeland as well as SE Asia five days before the US release, with the European release being two days later.
Of course, that was EA, and this is Infogrames....

And we got CTPII a month after the US. Go figure. You can never tell how the distribution will eventually pan out.

Yeah, but it's not like we missed out on anything by having to wait for CTP2...

Yeah your right about CTPII, Zanzin. But I was using it as an example to illustrate a principle.
