- About half a dozen British ships sunk in the North Sea, even though the main contingent of my fleet is still in the Baltic!
- Nijmegen burned to the ground, throwing the British entirely off the continent and sinking a battleship in port.
- Magdeburg, Rostock, Lubeck, Brest-Litovsk, Katowice, Nizhny-Novgorod, Saratov, Tsaritsyn, Rostov, and Penza all captured. Wilhelm has written a letter to the Tsar officially asking for a surrender. You only have a few unproductive cities left, will you seriously fight on?
- Several important techs sent to France.

The Austria ministry regrets to report of the death its High General Palos Stegaus.
Emperor Civfan of Austria is reported to be in mourning over the death of his General. He made a small speech about his childhood friend and highlighted some of the Generals cities captured during the Bordem war.
Most of those cities captured were in Russia currently held by Germany. The loss of this general will be truly missed by the Austrian army.
High General Palos Stegaus conquests Jan 1916:
LUBLIN
ZHITOMIR
KHARKOV
KURSK
OREL
VORONESH
SARATOV
BRYANSK
SMOLENSKI
VYAZMA
MOGELIV
VIKEBSK
VILNA
VELIYA LUKI
PSKOV
NOVOGROD
TVER
God rest the Generals soul.
Other cities captured by smaller generals this month:
Magdeburg
Rostock
Breslau
The crushing defeat of the Russian army is a terrible loss. Much of Russia was conquered by Austria this month. Knowing how long Russia's government remains in power is a terrible thought with war on two fronts. Austria urges Russia to continue to the last man standing.
To the Ottoman and British Allies. Send Troops. We need them too!

Italian News
Italy strikes back!
The north african French city of Constantine has been taken
On the sacred Italian soil, Naples has been retaken!
A French Battleship heading cruising between Sardinia and the italian mainland has been sunk!
The hideous french presence in our beloved country won't last long...
That is, if our allies keep on the good job!
The Italian Government thanks heartfully Our Brave Allies from Austria-Hungary, Great- Britain and the Ottoman Empire for coming to our rescue!
And our Russian friends are not forgotten in our prayers! Keep on fighting, we shall overcome!
And the save:

Following the recent success of the British and Italian armies the Turkish Republic renewed its own offensive taking the cities of Genoa and Bologna in northern Italy.
The Ottoman Republic urge all members of the alliance to share technologies, while we are making advances in the war, new weapons would be a great benefit.
To our Russian Friends: Hold on for in the end you will be liberated.

- Samara, Sverdlovsk, Tashkent, Omsk, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk, Kharbarovsk, and Vladivostok all captured. Again, Russia is urged to surrender. You now only have Warsaw and some peasants and dirt near the Black Sea; why waste your time?
- Austrian forces driven completely out of Russia. Their ridiculous razing of empty cities was a waste of time for the both of us, as there aren't even any improvements left to sell!
- Virtual completion of our Eastern operations has allowed us to shift our focus back to the home front. Freiburg and Munich are now safely in German hands, and Munich WILL be held.
- A few more British rowboats sent to the bottom of the North Sea. Soon enough our fleet will dominate the English Channel as well.
