Urgent News
The Russian goverment has been overthrown. Russian troops opened fired against government officals and reportly the President was among the victums shot by the troops. As troops rushes into the Parliament building in the capital of Batumi, a large explosion was heard. Emergency crews rushed into the remains of Parliament and were able to save 10 people. But an estimated 1550 people were killed in the explosion, 350 of these people were from the Russian Republician Government Senate which includes the Russian President.
City officals around Russia are in a state of emergency as both the President and Vice President are dead.
Looting and rioting is being reported all through-out Russia!

The previous months destruction of the Russian Republican Senate, including the President and Vice President has begin investigated and it seems troops had rebelled as the president and the senate had a formal agreement of disbanding the Royal Russian Army Blockata Regiment, the highly admirable toops of the Russian army. These soldiers were the last soldiers to stand against the Germans when they first launched their assault against Russia.
A new Government has been formed at the old Capital of Moscow. It seems a new President will be elected by 12 legal jurors represent 12 districts of Russia.
A new economic plan has been issued today. The building of a New Parliament office in Moscow has started as well as police stations to deal with the petty and organized crime which has shut up in the recent months.
Long live Russia.
Capital moved to Moscow, soldiers begin building new bases throughout the country. Police stations to fight crime built through out the country.

I was just thinking since this game is getting short with 4 people I wonder if we will be able to have a get together to take several turns and speed the game up even more.
Maybe a proposal of 20 turns of peace for all nations.
well thats my two sense.

I'd be down with that, but setting up the times would be quite a feat. Since summer starts for me in a week though consider me available 24/7. I'll be working a lot, but my schedule there's flexible so I can play whenever everyone else can.
How about everybody post what times they might be available for a few hours.

Not to chill your expectations, but it might be difficult!
You're all in North America (not sure about Prometheus! ) and so your respective time differences shouldn't be too big, while I'm in Europe! So finding a common schedule might be really hard!
The good times for me would be most week evenings between 19 and 23 GMT. And yes, I know it's probably not convenient at all for you Americans...
But it's not as if the game pace was slow: actually I really like the rythm it has got now! And if Darius would be kind enough to post his turn in the next 3 hours, then I could even play mine today! Otherwise, you'll have to wait 2 days...

Well lets see here, I am CST in the US, well at least for the next two weeks. And that’s 6 hours off GMT… I think….
Lets see that would be 1300 and 1700 or one to five CST, I can go into work early or we can do a Sunday game.
I can probably make 1430 to 1700 (subject to scheduling problems) any time during the next two workweeks but after that I am moving and will have spotty Internet for the month or so.
I can host if need be with cable modem.
Darius is available 24/7 until work, don’t know about CivFan or ANZAC..

I still have school until June 12th so it might be hard to coordinate that. BTW how many turns does this scenario have in total?

50, which is a hell of a problem. We probably won't even have WWI-level tanks by 1950!

As I didn't want to hold all of you for 2 days, I left work a bit earlier to be able to squeeze 20 min of civing into my tight schedule!
And we nearly completed 1 turn since!
Once again, if your turn is posted before 22h00 GMT, I'm able to play before going to bed, which allows all the others to follow in a row! That's excellent!!
