Unit "CanAttack" ability misused in army stacks
For example, I have a stack with 3 x Machine Gunner and 1 x Mobile SAM, because Mobile SAM can attack aircrafts, so the whole stack will attack a bomber. This is not right, because machine gunner can not attack aircrafts. Now it wins the combat, otherwise it may loose.

On the contrary, that Mobile SAM will join the attack to a tank because it is combined with Machine Gunners, which is wrong again, Mobile SAM can not attack land units.

Similar problem exists with army stacks every where.

Well, you *could* write a SLIC script that prevents any stack from attacking if there are 'illegal' units in it. You'd have to make a bunch of arrays with unit types which are/aren't allowed to perform certain actions (and on which certain actions are/aren't allowed) and compare the unit types of all units involved in a battle with these lists.

I removed the Sam's ability to attack air for the Medpack. This solves the problem. Now SAM's bombard aircraft like in real life.

Also did that. Solves the problem and it is much more real.
