Might help avoid posts being fated for the void. I use Windows NotePad.

Going to love it, Markos, finally a place within Apolyton to store the question from FoA, and etc... sweet. My only request is that you be mature and don't actually look at what the others write .

Can't think of a use for it at the moment, I tend to use WordPad for safety. I can see things being lost in the void on the "Update My Notepad" button. But I guess it keeps things online safe.

Thanks MarkG

Can you edit your notes? (I sure hope you won't force me to make a new note and delete the old (You are wiser then that, right))
In that case I'll move my moved files list to it instead of windows txt-files on one of the computers I have. (So I can move files from other computers without the risk of forgetting about it.)
One bad thing is that I still would have to use the computer with my txt to vB-code formatter for that textfile...
(I think Markos knows what I'm talking about, as he has seen the cut and paste o f that text before I made the formatter (when Markos was gone))
Only one way to fine out...
...to my notepad.
(I really like Quick Reply)

Good. Just a question:
What's the meaning of allowing smilies, html and vB-code when you always just see the text?
Is there any way to view a note as a post?

HTML doesn't seem to work in that, but the smilies does...

Sweeeeeeeet.
Markos, you think you can make something, so that I can convert a notepad entry into a post?
like, have the post page say "post from notepad" and I can choose one of the entries?

Nice! Now I no longer have to remember those stupid color codes for the news item quotes... And it fills up all that empty whitespace next to my buddy lists (which is contains like 100 people)
Now, I don't suppose you could make it possible todisable the html from the control panel display, could you? Now I can't copy-paste the code directly

Could you put a shorcut to it on the main shortcut area at the top of the page?

Is it secure?
An attach file feature would also be useful.
Can we put stuff there and link to it, or would other users not be able to view it?

Nifty!
The quick reply thing scares me though, probably because it's such a good idea. In fact, I was going to use it for this post, until I realized I needed to see the list of smilies since I"m not familiar with them yet.
But still, nifty. And note pad too. I can see that coming in handy. Definitely.
