Solar Shade passed, thankfully. However, I notice some tiles are still endangered. I can't call another council to propose increasing the shade, however I believe Flubber than you can once you finish with Adv. Spaceflight there. Would you be able to put that to the council for us?

I definitely think I would wish to do so-- although I will look to see if it hurts my sea improvements much .. Do the rest of you have many sea improvements you fear losing?
and does anyone know how much effect the shade has each time it is raised ? that would help each of us assess whether more raises are desirable

Well, I don't know about you, but seeing as we've had 2-3 ecodamage warnings now about sea rises, I don't think even two Solar Shades are going to eliminate the improvements we've built at sea. They'll just protect our land improvements.

well since I will be mainly offline from Friday until the 25th I think its best we just have a 2 week hiatus-- I may play in that period depending on computer availability in my travels
