Help with Editor, please
I've never used the Editor before. I found Civ3Edit.exe okay but when I click on Edit, the choices are blanked out. I read in the help file that I have to click on "Tools" first to enable these. But I cannot find any tab labelled "Tools".
Can someone point me to it please?
Specifically, I'm keen to get at the new corruption slider to minimise corruption at all levels if possible.
In advance, thanks for any help available.

I'm sorry I can't help (never use it), but have you voted on my poll yet?
I guess the option 'handicapped' might as well go up for you ...

Think that might be a bug in the editor helpfile, score one for me.
The menu that used to be called "Tools" has been renamed to "Scenario" in the new version.
Go to the scenario menu and turn on "Custom Rules", and then you can go in and do whatever you want to the game rules.

Thanks, Dan. Yes, the help file was where I found the "tools" business. The "custom rules" works fine.
