no mods , no playing around with anything in the edit , its not always like that and well , most games dont get a leader early , but it seems that in the first era the sound works only 2-3 out of 10

strange. I play with the sound turned off, so I wouldn't notice it.

does it affect game play?

yes and no , when you ask about gameplay , however , i see more and more in the forums about problems that relate to workers , .....
