Why? Are there any rumors that Sid is making a new Col? That would be good on the one hand, yet it could destroy our project entirely (see sig; BTW are there any C++ programmers that want to help us?  ).
Anyways I've heard somewhere that Sid is rather planninf a sequel to Pirates!

no news or any rumours of any kind about col2
as for sid, he just said in an interview that he knows people would love to see a pirates sequel(not that they are planing one)

Yes true, that's what I heard.
With so many threads about Col2 ideas why isn't anybody interested in joining our project? Since we lost our programmer (we've aleady got a mapview where units can move around) the number of posters has dropped quite dramatically. If you are interested visit us, we especially need new C(++) programmers but people witzh new ideas are always welcome, too.
