Hi, i recently made a scenario when i changed some of the rules and civilizations. The thing is, other civilizations just walk around exploring with there settler that they start off with. Also, i can't choose what tech i wan't to reaserch. I have to go with what the advisor suggests. Did this happen to anybody else? Does anyone know why?
