B U M P!
Well hello all. This is a thread I made of all the rules for the last (the 1st) Democratic game, back when I was a fresh-faced young Vice President just itching to do something important.
These are the basic rules behind the nw game (by default), but are, as ever, open to debate and revision where necessary. Questions? Concerns? Start up a discussion thread on them, but this should be the reference, and I will get someone top it sometime.
