Should we build more Settlers?
As of now we have 9 settlers. In order to colonize, we need more. In addition, it is likely we will get explosives soon, so they will automatically be upgraded to engineers. I feel we should build at least 2 settlers just for colonization right now.

I believe we should be settlers both for expansion and for improving terrain. (But since I can't vote for both on the poll, I haven't voted on it.)
