Btw, there are such great locations as the British Isles, India, Iran, Sahara, Marocco left untouched. The Balkans are quite crowded with the reappearance of the Roman Empire, though, and most of Eastern Europe is under the influence of Greater Finland.
But there are 10¹⁰⁰ islands to spare...

Is esteemable majesty, Tsar Boris I of the Madagascarian Empire, has already laid claim (and deployed troops into) Angola. You snooze, you loose.

However, Boris would be most happy to ask his ally and compatriot, the noble Dalgetti, to have you in our Grand Alliance as a full partner. I suggest you avoid making pacts with Finland. They are notoriously untrustworthy and smell of herring guts.

Do remember that trifling with Aagloland = trifling with the world's greatest country in terms of land area, population and military might, ie. Greater Finland. But I think we can arrange aaglo something from Northern Africa to fix the loss of Angola.
