Why would they ban people for this? They'd have to be hypocrites with those blinking ads.

But as long as it is, I'll take advantage of it.

I vehemently support forum moderators. Apolyton is an awesome site because unlike so many other forums out there you don't see trash talking or vulgar people here.
I like the moderators and think they are right everytime they judge a thread to be closed. It ultimately protects us all and gives us a good clean forum to talk to one another in.

It's just so we can see if Grrr!! gets his just comeupance with his banner and offensive avatar - he really is skating on the thinnest ice I've ever seen outside OT ...
SG[1]
p.s. at the risk of appearing to be a complete a$$licker - I concur with Haupt. Dietrich above - ACS would not be my not(RL) home were it not for the mods and admins making it what it is ...

I'll buy that.
And I do agree that moderation is critical to the success of this site. How's that for buttlicking?

Well, unmoderated forums worked back in the days of alpha.owo. That didnīt get too far out of hand. But then again it wasnīt that fun all the times either...
The question is if a mod-free week leaves a Apolyton to come back to, really.

Well I probably would stay away then during that week. I am just to sensitive to deal with the beastliness that could occur if moderators were not present. OTOH it would be a great test of peoples character. We would all see the true nature of people here. Interesting...........
And yes there was a tinge of buttlicking in my earlier post. But doesn't money and flattery get one everywhere?

There are places to post without moderation.
This isn't one of them.

It still is... He has been asked to change his avatar and edit his post. He hasn't been around since. When he does show, he better do as requested, or he will be restricted, and get a really stupid permanent avatar as well
