Is IFE back?

panag keeps insisting that IFE is back with 1.21.

I tried it, it didn't work. 5 workers planted forest adjacent to a city. 5 workers chopped. No 10 shields message. Checked city production, same number of shields in progress display. 5 more workers planted forest. 5 more workers chopped. Still no 10 shields message, and no additions to the item in production.

I replied to panag to this effect, but he is very insistent. Maybe it's there in some circumstances, but not others. Anybody else tried it?

Maybe panag could post a saved game where it happens?

hi ,

install the game , download patch , start , "new game" , normally this is small map with romans as human player , .....
try it , it was shocking , ...grrrrrr , some one had a zip file about it , a couple weeks ago , but the thread was ignored , ....now after installing it on a laptop , ....bang , there it is , with 1.21 !

panag. I have patched to 1.21. I tried it in a game started with 1.21. As a freak occurrence, I happen to be Roman in this game.

right and everone shall start like that , ...!! check it out , ...

unless ya check out an other civ and change the rules , etc , ...

and ya start on a tiny map , ....
