upgrading troops...
Is there any button for a 1-click upgrade for all the troops I hv??
Ok, say I got a Muskeman in every city (50+). If i wanna upgrade them, the only way i know is to go to the military advisor screen and rite click on every single one of the unit and choose upgrade. This is extremely time-consuming and is sucking out the fun of war...
Does n e one know the short-cut or solution to this problem?

Yes! Activate one of your units. Right click him and choose "upgrade to ..." The military advisor will prompt if you want to upgrade all of that same kind - provided they are in a city with barracks and access to any required resources. Those not in cities with barracks cannot be upgraded.

SHIFT-U instead of U.
barracks are required, and you'll have to refortify everyone on the next turn.

Not true. shift-U does not require re-fortification of all units, just the one you activated to use shift-u on.

This is true for 1.21f. I believe previous versions do require refortification. Thank you, Firaxis, for this tweak.

Don't forget that Shift+U will only work for all units that are currently in a city with a barrack for ground units, or airport for air units, or habor for sea units.
