How do I create a new scenario?

I ask:
1] what are *.ai files?
2] Is there a manual ( downloadable ) in internet to create new EuI's scenarios?

The *.ai files are files that describe how the various countries should act - which countries they should try to conquer, how peaceful they are, if they should try to colonize if possible, how they should colonize if they do, how they behave in trade, militarly etc.

Unfortunately the EU1 Scenario FAQ at the EU Arsenal is gone...

I have a EU2 Scenario Editing Guide at my site (link in my sig). Most of the things are also for EU1, but there are differences...
