No offence intended
I recieved some PM's from James Adams (adamsj) this evening and he was a little upset about my attacking him in this game.
I was just play acting the role that many real life pollitisions do when in opposition. In real life the government and there opponents don't just agree with everything and often they have slanging matches between themselves.
I never meant anything personal and I am very sorry that James Adams felt it may have been personal.
I am posting a poll to see if the people of this game wish it to be a nice friendly game with everyone agreeing and been happy or if they would like some reality like sledging and slanging in the game.
I will follow the will of the people as is the way of Democratic games.
ps James Adams has asked me to stop attacking him as he does not enjoy that part of democracy so I shall stop as I have no wish to prevent anyones enjoyment or fun here.

I have no problem with political attacks, especially when documented by in-game postings. When it gets personal/sexual, you're walking a fine line. Can't help but notice that you got a bit miffed yourself, Hydey, during the heated election threads of last month. My advice -- Don't dish it out if you can't take it!
I appreciate your willingness to tone down the attack rhetoric when requested. That alone may be a sufficient guideline.
My biggest complaint about this type of thing is that it gets pretty spammy, pretty fast. With limited time to spend here, I'd just like to see more productive postings.

I had to go on a family holiday for 10 days so I put that into my act, I never take anything posted on Apolyton seriously
but thanks for caring.

Ah, a cool time share holiday perhaps?
With the sudden onslaught of all this nice chat from you and Adams, suddenly I'm getting the Warm Fuzzies.
Feel the love!
Don't know which I prefer...

I don't see why that is spam, although some people are perhaps stupider than I and feel the need to post instead of a comment.
