OK, now it's time to speculate (again).
How will they look like in other eras ? My Guess is modern Genghis will have plastic surgery and will sit in an office in front of the treeless plains of Ulan-Bator.
I say modern Isabella will have an outrageous, flashy red dress (as she already shows her shoulders in the medieval era, and many fans sure would like another "hot" leader

)

Other ideas ?

I would hope that Ghengis could get some dental work done by the modern age. I mean, he's not british.

Genghis Khan did indeed conquer just about all of Asia, and a good chunk of the Middle East. He did not die of a nose bleed, however. He took a fatal tumble off a horse, the poor sap.

Attila the Hun did die of a nose bleed...sort of. After nearly conquering Rome, he married, and at the wedding feast, he ingested too much, and consequently popped...or at least a vessel did, and his nose bled, and he died.

I say that modern Genghis Khan might be wearing more metal on his face than Tokugawa does in his conquered portrait (possibly the dental work).

And Isabella will probably be another sex-up job in modern era, as Spiffor has already said.

Isabella may look good by computer generated polygon standards, and that Britney Spears and her lookalikes look trashy, but there are plenty of real women out there who look much better than these computer generated collection of polygons. Heck, I see plenty of gorgous women every day (OK, not on days when I stay home, but anyway...)

Regardless of how much Firaxis sex up Isabella, its not going to invoke any leniency from me in terms of diplomacy. If Isabella screws me over, she will pay, just like anybody else. And I'll get everyone, including Mr. Dental Problem up there to help me out.

The only computer-generated woman I ever found sexy was that chick-in-chainmail they had in the HoMM3 intro. Se was so ridiculously over-sexed it wasn't even funny.

But were not even talking sexy here. Fact is all the chicks in Civ3 are just plain ugly. Bring back the Civ2 advisor already!

Ah yes. Queen Catherine Ironfist. Though I still didn't find her that sexy. The only female computer game character that could be considered attractive is Tanya from Red Alert (obviously because in the cut scenes, they have real actors and not computer generated polygons).
