Letter dropped quotes
Hey Mark/Dan, I notice a lot of your new quotes have the first letter chopped off.
I saw at least 5 of them like that.

Noticed the same. Plus, there's at least one quote that shows an empty line and one quote that consists of 2, separated by a '%' character on an extra line between the two. I suppose the latter has to be fixed (how ever that works) and the former will be OK two.

It seems like many of the quotes that start with the word "the" are missing the 't'.
One quote that I remember needs fixing is the one by a member of the ctp2 team that is saying that the workaround is another screwup or something like that. If I see any more, I will make sure to copy them and paste them here to make it easier on you Markos. Thanks for you work.

The word Dictators starts with a D as well, and it's not correct in the relevant quote.
Isn't anyone taking notice of this?

I just saw a thing like that again myself. But I can imagine hunting down elusive bugs in the quotes isn't on the top of anybody's priority list.
Perhaps you should farm out the work to a volunteer. Given the interest we've seen there should be some eager candidates.

I saw them. Probably just improperly formatted quotes.

Noticed the same problem.
Tuberski - give me some X-Files quotes, and I will also often name you the episode.

To who ever keeps up with the quotes, please explain to me the instance when the French captured Detroit in 1880.
"In 1880 the French captured Detroit and gave it back. They couldn't get parts"
Or am I just not getting a joke.

Detroit is a big car manufacturing city, yes? Presumably, the joke is that after the French captured it, they could no longer get spare parts for their vehicles. it's not hugely funny, really.

I understand the manufacturing bit, but what im confused about is the date. There were no French in North America in 1880. Unless you count the Cajuns and Quebec. I guess they meant 1780 but that still doesnt make sense.
