Will conflicting government types affect diplomacy?
Will the AI civilizations diplomatic stance be partly influenced by the government type? For instance, if you have a democratic civilization, will you have more trouble getting on with a communist civilization. Government policies had an affect to diplomacy in AC, but I'm not sure it did in Civs 1 & 2.

I hope, and it could be improved if your affection grows with other civilization if both are ruled by the same government type.

Ideology/Religion could be included, too.
