foreign advisor

does anybody know will the foreign advisor allow you to see all the other civs when you've got more than 8? this has been a problem for me as i like to play with 16 civs on smaller maps. also will you abe able to select more than 16 civs at once?

Not all at the same time, I wouldn't imagine. You'll have to shift-click or whatever.

Alas, probably not. But if you did, you'd probably have to play against the Gauls or something.
