Probably Dutch. I haven't seen it, but the words 'spelletjesgarnaal', 'dagboek' and 'vrijdag' are Dutch.
Translated in order of appearance: 'Games-shrimp', 'diary' and 'Friday'.

It's indeed a Belgian site and the story accompanying the video is in Dutch. It's not about Civ3 though, it's about the adventures of Game-shrimp on E3, not very interesting. And I agree the movie itself isn't exactly spectacular either.

I took some items from this site and created an "E3 Civ3 Preview" Page. The game screen looks interesting, although the resolution is not very good.

ya sorry i am a bit patriotic but y shouldn't i be. can u think of a better place to live? i mean we run a lot of the things in the world. if our econmy is bad the worlds is. but if ours is ok the worlds is ok. I mean look at when the jap. stock market (it was jap. or chinse) crashed. ours was good and it saved theres in many away. that isn't to say that there aren't other great countries. I haven't ever left the US. I never have seen a need to yet + i don't have the $$$$. But i am only 18 so what do u expect. Any who i just get mad when people put americans down. I mean we are low in educiton but thousands of people come here for jobs. That in itself says a bunch.
Oh BTW i gotta give the Aussie's some credit in WWII. I mean they may not have got the publicty but the worked there butts off and did some damage. I saw something on NBC about it(if u hadn't noticed i am a WWII buff) and it was pretty cool ANZAC kicks major butt.

Gee. Great. Could you bother to look at the map of Europe just before the Noramandy invasion? Until then just keep your mouth shut up and learn some history.

The facts are that if the US had not gotten in the war germany would have won bar none.

The Russians where without any doubt the strongest conventional army in that time, if the Russians would have wanted it would they been able to march futer westwards and defeat the american and English troops in a matter of months. Russia produced so many tanks that at that time nobody could stop it(this is the real reason why the Americans dropped the atomic bomb on Russia to make them affarid so they wouldn't attack them).
The majority of the German loses where caused by the Russians. The German army the Allies fought agaist had already suffered many loses from the Russians and without those loses had the invasion in Normandy no chance.
The Russians where already heavily winning the war before the invasion in Normandy. Without that invasion would the Russians just have conquered whole the German empire and by this quite all of Europe.

ok my bad! lol it just tick me off when people say how the US isn't smart. I still stand firm on my part about england goin down but Russia probably would have won eventually. Assuming japan didn't pull something stupid again. But i will put it this way Russia would have had twice as many loses as it had if they were not helped by us. I believe the lost around 5-7 million if my memory is correct. But who really knows. I mean good ol' hitler might have had enough time to get the atomic bomb working and then it is a whole different story. So the US may have not won it her self but she contributed a large portion, and speeded up victory.

sorry to all offended. just got a little mad because i get tired of people putting america down. It is as nice as every other country. It is where a few people came up w/ the idea for a government used by numerous countries now. And besides do any of you who poke fun at the US education system know how it really works. If so i am sorry. But if not you have no reason to be saying anything about how we are educated. Well that is all i have to say on the topic.

Just to clear things up a little bit of information for you americans.
Dutch is spoken in both the Netherlands and Belgium. About 57 % of the belgiums speaks dutch, they are called flemish. Those belgiums who speak french are called Wallon, about 41,5 %. The last 1,5 % speaks german, in a part of belgium which was annexated in 1919 after WW-I.
The belgium royal family speaks french, they don't bother too much about dutch and german (the ignorant b......s) (sorry, now I'm getting a little patriotic).

Comment from Holland:
The language is Dutch alright, but you must now that in Belgium they speak both Dutch in the northern regions and French in the southern regions.
P.S.: We Dutch consider the Belgians the birthplace of Dumb and Dumber!!!

All they know about europe is relevant to their own background/history, and that's first and foremost english and a little french history.
There's nothing wrong with that !!!, all my primal historical knowledge was/is pretty dutch-centered.
You should keep that in mind.
