confused about story nominations
I'm sorry, but I'm still confused. I read the welcome to the stories forum thread, and I saw a great story (and if you're wondering I'm not going to vote for my story, in my opinion that's cheating) that wasn't nominated for Round 6 or Round 7 and I want to nominate it for round 8, but how do you do it? And it says something about everything for round 8 has been seconded. What do they mean?
