Is there currently a flag for this in the editor?
I know that you can set the number made happy for the city, for all cities, or all cities on the same continent, but is there a way to set unhappy to content?

One idea, to spice up the late industrial/modern game, is Global Wonders. Global Wonders are wonders that give your civ a nifty benefit, but at the cost of giving some benefit to EVERYONE.
It already exists in-game; the Manhattan Project is a "Global Wonder" inasmuch as, though it lets you make nukes, it lets everyone else do the same.
Why not have an Internet wonder act in the same manner? You build the Internet, and it gives you some content citizens in every city, plus commerce bonuses of some sort, and research aid. Big benefits... BUT, it also marginally improves science and adds an equal number of content citizens to EVERY OTHER CITY ON THE PLANET (well, provided they have the right advance - can't surf the net without Computers).
Thus, you have to decide. Build that nifty wonder for the cash and science, or hold off, since that guy who's been warmongering since the Stone Age has held off on happiness improvements, and you sure as heck aren't going to give him a free "temple" in every city!
...incidentally, I love the idea of media improvements. Newspaper/Radio/TV. Total sense, just for cultural purposes. Make 'em dirt cheap, too.
And of course, I love the Shopping Center. Double my money isn't enough! I need an extra 50% on top of it!

Nice ideas, but too late. PtW has been in beta-test for a while now. No new features can be added at this point. Thanks for the suggestions though. Mayeb civ4. But there will be lots of good stuff coming in PtW anyway...

I've always had a problem with the Manhattan Project because of this fact. It doesn't seem reasonable that every other civ can develop nuclear weapons without any testing of their own. The Manhattan Project should be a SW that each civ must produce to make nukes.
